A New Android Cop Show, From the Makers ofFringe

Could there be duel constabulary drama about robots a twelvemonth from now ? And now , Fox has ordered a fender for a show about android cops from J.J. Abrams and J.H. Wyman , one of two showrunners on Fringe .

TheHollywood Reporterdescribes Wyman ’s show as a “ buddy - cop dramatic play ” put in the future tense , where human LAPD officers team up up with “ highly evolved humanlike androids . ” Wyman is indite the pilot script , and will produce alongside Abrams and Bad Robot ’s Bryan Burk , plus Kathy Lingg .
