On Thursday, the model, 37, shared an Instagram story of her having a new piercing in the tragus section of her ear — and a large, shiny, needle creating the hole.
Despite there being a tiny bit of blood on her ear, the cookbook author — who tagged@bodyelectrictattoointo the post — looked happy and relaxed as she sat on a couch with her hair pushed back in a messy bun.

The mother-of-four’s piercing reveal comes after shefilmed herself getting her eyebrows trimmedfollowing her eyebrow transplant surgery in 2021.
“Time for my haircut,” Teigen told her 42.7 million Instagram followers on her Instagram Story on Tuesday. In the video, her eyebrows were covered in gel as someone used a small pair of silver scissors to trim them.
Teigen, who shares four childrenLuna Simone, 7,Miles Theodore, 5,Esti Maxine, eight months, andWren Alexander, three months, with her husbandJohn Legend, recently celebratedher 10th wedding anniversary.
Earlier this month, a source told PEOPLE that the couple renewed their vows in Lake Como, Italy, the location of theirSept. 14, 2013 wedding.
“[John and Chrissy] came out onto a balcony and greeted all the guests,” they added. “[John] also held a brief speech later, after the dinner.”
The insider also revealed that there was dancing, “a lakeside bar that was a big favorite,” food and “flowers everywhere.”
On Sept. 21 at the Celebrity ‘Server for an Hour’ event at Gracias Madre in Los Angeles, Teigentold PEOPLEthat she initially didn’t want a vow renewal due to coming “from the world ofReal Housewives, and a vow renewal is the kiss of death.” However, she went along and ended up loving it, telling PEOPLE it was “It was really special. I just feel so lucky and so blessed and in all the corniest of terms. It was so sweet and amazing.”
