After decades of friendship,MadonnaandDebi Mazarare still going strong.

At the Queen of Pop’s Celebration Tour stop at Mediolanum Forum in Milan on Saturday, Mazar joined her on stage during “Vogue” to act as judges while Madonna’s dancers performed sensual ballroom moves.

The longtime friends sat next to one another on stage and held up score cards as dancers performed on a catwalk and gyrated on the two stars. After the show, Mazarposted to Instagramand shared footage from the show as well as a photo of the pair backstage alongside a heartfelt note.

“10!10!10! How much FUN!@madonna! Thankyou for your beautiful words & having me come play on stage for [‘Vogue’],” wrote the actress, 59. “It was like old times!!”

“This show is special to me,as it shows a journey that spans all the incredible years of Madonna’s career and of so many collective moments in our combined lives,” said Mazar. “Decades of dance,music,creativity, travel, friendships,deaths, births, re-birth.. OMG. Truly a Celebration!”

During the show, Madonna performs on stage with four of her kids, all of whom received a shout-out in Mazar’s post: “Congratulations to David, Mercy, Stella & Estere! Well done!!”

After congratulating many other individuals working on the tour, Mazar highlighted Madonna’s performance of “Live to Tell” on the tour, which pays tribute to many of her friends who died of AIDS, including Keith Haring, Herb Ritts andFreddie Mercury.

“Shout out to@theaidsmemorialfor contributing to the remembrance of our many friends&lost lives.I cried during that segment,” she added. “You’re the Queen@madonna! Ride or die per Sempre !”

Previous guests for the Celebration Tour’s ballroom segment have includedFKA Twigs, Donatella Versace, Julia Fox, Arca andDiplo, among others.

Mazar and Madonna’s friendship goes back decades. Shortly after the Grammy winner moved to New York City in 1978, she met Mazar at the nightclub Danceteria and later hired her as the hair and makeup artist for her first-ever music video for “Holiday.”

In a 2017 conversation withInterview, Mazar recalled her first impression of Madonna. “She had a presence. She was very raw, very sexual. She made direct eye-contact. She had her own style, and her style was really cool—she had that messy, dirty hair, but it looked beautiful. She had big eyebrows and tons of bracelets,” said theYoungeractress at the time.
