Restoration Games just put up a Kickstarter for a new , more succinct but still activity - packed version of Fireball Island — and in less than a solar day , it ’s already blown past its $ 250,000 goal . The picture gives a good overview — but basically , the honorable part of the original game was position a marble in the mouth of Vul - Kar and find out it rove down the control panel , randomly wreaking mayhem on other players . The rest of the game was kinda elementary , but that part was awe-inspiring . All of that original action is included here but now it sounds like thing are a little more strategical . It seems like a desirable upgrade .
