The darling YA novel by James Dashner is finally coming to the big screen , and here ’s your first flavour ! No prevarication , it seem fantastic .
The prescribed synopsis go pretty closely to the novel : “ Set in a post - apocalyptic world , young Thomas is deposit in a community of boys after his retentiveness is erase , soon see they ’re all trapped in a maze that will ask him to join force with fellow ‘ runners ’ for a blastoff at escape . ”MTVhas just released a batch of still , including a cute little presentation from the independent characters Thomas ( Dylan O’Brien ) and Teresa ( Kaya Scodelario ) , which you could find at the link above .
So far , so good ! The Maze Runner will impinge on theaters on February 14th , 2014 .
