Jennifer Aniston Shows Her Reluctant Monday Workout

On Monday, the 55-year-old actress posted a video on Instagram showing off her intense, functional fitness routine with her trainer from Pvolve, Dani Coleman.

In the clip, theMorning Showstar is going hard doing mountain climbers and balancing exercises. She starts to do push ups before falling to the ground as her trainer laughed.

“Oh god…,” Aniston said as she flopped on the ground with a big sigh. “You know those days when you just don’t wanna do it? You just gotta do it.”

She added in the caption, “If you’re having one of THOSE Mondays, I FEEL YOU 🫵🏼 Just gotta do it!! ❤️💪🏼💋@pvolve.”

Back in August, Aniston and Coleman spoke to PEOPLE about the actress’ fitness secrets as she admitted she’s “stronger than I’ve ever felt before.”

After a 2021 back injury changed how Aniston approached her workouts, she said she learned that she needs to be kinder to her body, explaining her updated exercise philosophy.

“Our minds used to think, we have to hurt; no pain, no gain…With this, you can start gentle," theFriendsalum said at the time.

Coleman also told PEOPLE that Aniston “gravitates towards intense workouts, but has come to realize that she doesn’t have to break her body to see results.”

The key, she said, is efficiency. “When we train, I plan each workout carefully and focus on simple but effective moves that target each muscle group — and core work is a must!”

“Jen loves a challenge,” Coleman added, noting that when Aniston isn’t traveling, they’ll train together up to three times a week.
