The 63-year-old actress addressed the headline-making fiasco onInstagram Storieslast night, writing “Thank you@adriana_teslerfor the glam and for always being on time,” alongside a behind-the-scenes photo of her look.

Wilson wore a scoop-neck red velvet gown and diamond accessories for the event, while Hanks wore a classic navy blue suit with clear frame glasses.
The Hollywood powerhouse couple,caught up with PEOPLE on the SAG Awards red carpetand admitted that a typical date night for them involves less glamour and more “sweatpants” and “a good movie on DVD.”
“It’s changed a little,” Wilson explained. “We’re happy to stay home on a date night because we go out so much. It’s just really, really nice to stay home and watch a great movie.”
For Hanks, he loves to top off their night in at home with a little adult beverage.
“Here’s where I know a night like that is gonna be great: When she says, ‘Honey, Can you whip me up a little martini?’” he quipped. “And then I know that’s gonna be a nice night.”

Wilson and Hanks stepped out again for the Golden Globes earlier this month. And just one hour before the red carpet was set to begin, Wilson revealed she was having a major dilemma:her hair and make-up team were nowhere to be found!
She then added, “Booked this person in September. Hair and makeup still not here.”
The actress then shared a selfie onInstagramfeaturing her semi-curled hair and natural face, updating her followers again about the dire situation.
“What you look like when your hair and makeup person for the@goldenglobesis one and a half hours late even though you booked him in September,” Wilson wrote on Instagram. “Will leave one hour to do hair and makeup.”The star has yet to update everyone on whether her stylist finally showed up or not, but several fans and famous friends send her words of encouragement in the meantime.
